How many commissions can I order at once?
> If you’re inquiring about multiple images, you will need to fill out the Commission Form for every one of them. If it’s a large order [3+] you will need to email me directly and we can work something out.
How can I contact you for a commission?
> Simply fill out the Commission Form.
> After I’ve received the form and accepted, I will send you an email to discuss more information.
Is there anything I need to keep in mind when discussing my commission?
> Yes, here are a couple of things to keep in mind:
● A detailed description of what you’d like. The Commission Form only gives me a general idea of what you’d like, so it’s extremely important for you and for me to have as much information as possible so I can prevent and avoid misunderstandings. Communication is key!
● Although you’ve uploaded [at least 3] references in the form, the form only allows up to 10 images. Depending on the commission and quality of reference images, I might ask you to provide me with more references. This is to ensure that there are, again, no misunderstandings between us and that I have a clearer idea of the vision.
Next Steps: Contract, Payment, and Delivery
> Once we’ve settled on the overall vision of the commission and all its intricacies, I will provide you with the total cost and a copy of the Contract Agreement I’ve signed.
> I will send you an invoice of 50% via PayPal of the total cost. You will pay the remaining 50% after I’ve shown you a watermarked version of the final product and approved.
> I will email you a Google Drive link that holds the PNG and PSD files of the final product. *If you’ve purchased an inked, flat, or fully rendered illustration you will also receive a PNG file of the sketch.
